Belmont Math Hunt is an event open to all middle school students, with the aim of improving interest and access to mathematics and providing a fun, memorable experience. Teams can consist of 2-4 people, and every member of the team must submit this form. Make sure to all agree upon a team name and enter the same one.
You should come up with a team name even if you're competing as an individual because there will be prizes for creative team names! If you do not have a team and want us to partner you with other students, let us know in this form. Because of space limitations, this form is first come, first serve for however many people we can support and will close after the limit has been reached.
